I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the place is massive with a contemporary vibe, and the breakfast was fantastic-definitely a highlight! However, I faced some issues with room service that left me feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, while it has some great features, there are definitely areas needing improvement.

I had a wonderful birthday weekend at the hotel in Liverpool. The staff at reception, especially Helen, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. However, on the downside, the noise from an ongoing event was quite disruptive to our enjoyment during the evening hours.
