I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the place is massive with a contemporary vibe, and the breakfast was fantastic-definitely a highlight! However, I faced some issues with room service that left me feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, while it has some great features, there are definitely areas needing improvement.

Rooms

The room was spacious and had lovely decor, but the view left much to be desired. I could see a vent system rather than anything picturesque. Still, I appreciate the efforts made to keep it clean.

I was looking forward to my stay at Radison Blu but was quite disappointed. The location is excellent and the potential is there, but the room and dining experience left much to be desired. The air conditioning was not functioning properly and the breakfast options were mediocre at best. Overall, it feels like the hotel needs some serious attention to restore its former glory.

I had a wonderful birthday weekend at the hotel in Liverpool. The staff at reception, especially Helen, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. However, on the downside, the noise from an ongoing event was quite disruptive to our enjoyment during the evening hours.
